Vielin

Vielin (현악귀) is a violin themed demon that appeared in season 5 episode 2, and it's nickname is Demon of the Fiddle.

In episode titled “The Vicious Attack of the King Bug Ghost!” He presumed to be summoned to distracted Hive Weaver from Kanglim, but Vielin disappeared due to timer ran out.

Characteristics

Stringed Devil aka Vielin at first looks like a shadowy figure with yellow eyes and have purple aura as well an outline line. However, after consuming enough of the audience souls, he finally revealed himself to have body of a violin, with long black shadowy cape that extends all way to the ground, blue skin with splash of light blue in both outer eyes, two fanged teeth, cat like eyes and flowing black hair.

Personality

Since Vielin aka Stringed Devil is a demon, it doesn’t have a grudge and is really just a mean and manipulative person, that “so help” people with their struggle of playing a violin by their first time, which often at times, end in awful situations or having the person soul being eaten by the demon himself!

He also gets more annoyed when someone or something interrupts his play, where he becomes more hostile towards not only one but multiple of people.

Power/Abilites

Vielin have number of abilities, such as.

Tentacles Manifestation: Black tentacles that able to catches the opponent to control their body like a encroached puppet, basically making them unable to control their body any longer and if anyone attacks the person who controlling a person will hurt the demon but also the person friend or ally, making this ability quite powerful when it comes to grabbing and holding hostages...

Sonic/ Musical Attack: A freighting music that able to inflict fatal blows onto opponents and yet it catchy, just make sure your aren't near nor interfering with his play or you will have a had case of deafness...

Encroach: The ability to encroach a person who playing the violin, to help with their desire of being best violin player.. In a bad way…

Hypnosis: The ability charm and hypnosis opponent by using it own strings or the victims violin.

True illusion/Manipulation: A freighting ability to create situations out of the person fears such a small place or location or ever entire audition with fake people reacting and watching you with blankness expression.. How awful!!

Weakness: Dispite having all of those abilities and being a class/rank SS, he still has a weakness, which his weaknesses are sunlight.

Trivia

• During it production. Vielin actually used to be a women and had a completely different design, with the original design being a woman holding a violin, wearing a white dress and flowing black hair.
• Among the five ghosts, it was revealed along with Folding-Man, Redmask and Hive Weaver. 
• People say that his hair looks similar to doppelganger hair from season 3.
• Giving the fact that Vielin is being speculated of actually being a vengeful spirit or even a ghost very long time ago, until becoming a demon from today
• It been debunked that if, Grendel fight against Stringed Devil, the Stringed Devil would win because Grendel ability are only used for vocal cords, not instruments.
• If Haewon actually won the competitions, it most likely that Haewon would be disqualified because, Haewon agreed to a literal demon that controlling her body just to make better music, and to empress her mother again.
• This is the first case that a Evil Spirit actually appeared in 2th episode
