Shinbi is often wearing a cape and blue shorts and has a strange marking on his stomach, that pertain to his magic.

Shinbi has appeared in every single episode of the series.
Personality[]
Shinbi is always there to help his friends when things get out of hand, whether it be dangerous, or to just get information. He can sometimes be scared by ghosts, and the ghost's powers. He seems to have a vast knowledge of ghosts and specters.
Powers[]
In Shinbi Apartment #444, Shinbi can summon a boomerang, as stated in Episode 2, the boomerang can teleport Doori away.
In The Haunted House: Secret of the Ghost ball when Shinbi summons a power, he will generate a yellow smoke and forms it into a ball, then he will throw the ball to turn the yellow ball into the blue power ball. Shinbi will grab a traffic light bat and presses the button at the top of the bat to charge the power. After the bat counted to 3, Shinbi will smash the blue power ball and throws it to summon powers. Here is the power that are listed below:
- Ghost Balls: Shinbi has the power to create Ghost balls to summon and collect ghosts
- Teleport: It allows Shinbi to go to any place he desires and does not require the use of his limited supply of energy.
- Fire Magic: It allows him to shoot fire in his desired direction.
- Tracking Mirror: Allows him to locate and track a person of his choice.
- Magic Skyline: Allows him and others to descend from a location by using rings attached to strings to drop them.
- Phantom Phoenix: Using a photo from a phone Shinbi creates a bright orange phoenix, that is living and breathing. This was used in episode 4.
- Goblin Flash: Creates a floating, glowing blue light that can go wherever Shinbi desires.
- Goblin Hurricane: Creates a miniature wind whirl that can move to Shinbi's will.
- Magic Mirror: Creates mirrors on multiple surfaces. This was used in episode 6.
- Gate to Another Dimension: Can create a portal like opening for a being to go through to enter or exit a dimension.
- Ghost Ball X: Shinbi used his magic to upgrade Hari and Doori’s Ghost ball during the fight with Bloody Oculus.
- Protection dome: The casting from Shinbi’s yo-yo creates a protective dome from ghosts.
- Shinbi Goggles: Shinbi uses his magic yo-yo to create goggles to avoid gargantua’s gaze.
- Soul Protection: Shinbi used this to save Kang-lim from losing to the black smoke. He also used this when Sara was bitten by Luman.
Note that Shinbi needs to charge to summon the power as indicated in his yellow marking in Shinbi's stomach.

Trivia[]
- Shinbi formerly did not make an appearance in Hari's Special Day, The Haunted Memory 1, The Haunted Memory 2 and Love Formula Hari Koo.
- Shinbi’s yo-yo was a gift from Geumbi after he lost his bat when he first met Geumbi.
- Because the deal with all the Ghosts in apartment, Shinbi not recognize all of them as stated in the episode The Sinister Strike of the Spider Ghost!.
- Hyukjun, a bully boy who appears in Dalja the Vampire girl, is a fan of him.[1]
- Shinbi steals other people's food and eats them. He probably has no intention of saying sorry.
- He is one of the non-human characters whose chibi design is not different from the design used in the main series.
- He has been called 'scaredy-cat' by Hari because he is a scaredy-cat. Of course, when Shinbi was called that, he gets annoyed.
