Guido-Hyun (귀도현, Gwido-Hyeon) is a Dark Exorcist who was left alone after the death of his family when he was a child, and he is also Kang-lim's adopted older brother.

Origin[]
Guido-Hyun was just a boy who lived with his parents and his younger sister, Sun in a village. One day, their village was attacked which was the field during the shadow war. Hyun had then both lost his parents and Seon that faithful day but was then adopted by Guido Gon, Kang-lim’s father.

Physical Appearance[]
Hyun has dark purple hair and dark purple eyes. He is usually seen in a yellow jacket and orange shirt, black pants and grey boots. He also sometimes appears wearing a black and purple official Dark Exorcist uniform, bandages on his hand, black pants and black boots, and a mask.

Personality[]
Hyun is caring and funny. He is also smart and knows a lot about ghosts and monsters. He is probably a person who likes teasing, like how he teased Hari and such.
Powers and Abilities[]
Hyun uses his chain sword
As a dark exorcist, Hyun has quite strong abilities, eventually even stronger enough to rival against Kang-lim and Guido Gon respectfully. In battles against his enemies, Hyun is used a sword called the Chain sword that can turn into a whip with a sword that stretches like a snake that can attack opponents with several techniques like when use Full-scale decomposition to destroy the witch, String whirlwind to blow away opponents and Flame Attack when charge his sword for a full strike attack. He also seems to have telekinetic powers link to his Chain sword that he can control his sword without touching it.
He even also possesses a Ghost Ball Z that summon a ghost called Wise Dragon imbued with dark energy from a Darkness Cube.
He can use a talisman called "Ming Flame Sect" that he uses to injects himself the energy power of darkness contained in the plain sword into one's body to strengthen one's offense and defense.

Trivia[]
- The first name that came out in the introduction of plain clothes sword toys and Tooniverse characters was Gwi Do-hyun . It is still unknown if this name is really his real name, but it is highly likely that it is not his real name as no one knows his identity. In the coloring books, it came out under the name of 'Guidohyun', and in the figure leaked, he called himself 'Guidohyun', so 'Guido' is a modifier and 'Hyeon' is presumed to be his real name. However, by using the character Hyeon (玄) for the sword, the ghost can also be Hyeon, and until the exact identity is revealed, it will continue to appear in the credits under the name of 'Mysterious Man'. It was from the 5th episode of the 4th season that the name began to be displayed based on the credits.
- On Season 4: Part 1: Episode 12, it has been revealed that he is Kang-lim's adopted brother.
- On season 4: Part 2: Episode 8, it was revealed that Hyun had a biological sister named Sun which is reveal in season 4: Part 2: Episode 12.
