The Golden Pig was a porcine-like vengeful spirit who appears in the second part of the second season of "Shinbi Apartment" in the episode "Unstoppable Temptation, Predator of Rage".
Backstory
In a previous life, the Golden Pig was a starving man who was begging for food and shelter to the nobles of a village, only to be mocked and thrown out. Time passes and it is presumed that he had died from starvation.
Life as a ghost
Overtime, the hungered man grew resentful towards humanity and how humans took the necessity of food for granted through greed and overeating, resulting in him becoming an insatiable pig-like beast and one of the many spirits haunting Shinbi Apartment.
Throughout the course of his reign of terror on the apartment, he possesses three people including Doori.
Following his defeat at the hands of Hari, Leon and the others, the Golden Pig reverts back to the human form that he had before his death and his subsequent haunting and reveals his backstory of why he did what he did. The group treats the spirit to some food and after enjoying a spoonful of rice, he thanks them for giving him a meal and departs for the afterlife.
His pig-like form was then recruited as a summonable spirit.
Powers and Abilities
The Golden Pig is one of several spirits that manifests itself through the mysterious black smoke that appears through Shinbi Apartment or in any other locations where it may be present.
Once in possession of a host through both the overconsumption of food and the inhalation of the black smoke, the Golden Pig will force them to gorge on large quantities of food until they become sessile of movement and ripe for his own consumption of them.
Despite his hefty appearance, the Golden Pig is insanely strong and fast, capable of biting through both the spectral chains meant to bind spirits and any summoned spirits that get in his way (as evident by taking a huge bite out of Bella's shoulder when she tried to slow him down).
